The Process

Check Availability & Reserve Your Date

Once we confirm that your event date is available, we will schedule a meeting with you (either in person or virtually) to discuss the details of your celebration, understand your needs, and explore how we can bring your vision to life.

After our meeting, you will receive a detailed service agreement and invoice outlining the services included in your event.

 

A deposit is required to officially reserve your date. For your convenience, all contracts and payments can be completed securely online.

Event Cordination

We begin by establishing a clear budget and discussing your vision for the event, along with key dates and milestones. From there, we carefully select the vendors that best match your style and needs.

Together, we develop a detailed plan for the design, layout, and timeline of your celebration. Every element is thoughtfully organized and presented to ensure your event reflects your unique vision beautifully.

Day-of Event Coordination

Our team will be there from the initial setup to the final breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly. We coordinate vendor arrivals, answer questions, manage the timeline, and oversee every detail of the event.

From preparing the décor to ensuring everything is properly removed at the end of the night, we handle the logistics so everything flows seamlessly.
